Ingredients:

  • 200g of spaghetti
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30g of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with the avocado sauce until well coated.
