Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 200g of beef strips
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 200g of egg noodles

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • frying pan
  • wooden spoon
  • serving platter

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.
  • Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté until the mushrooms have softened.
  • Sprinkle the flour and paprika over the ingredients, stirring well to combine.
  • Gradually add the sour cream, mixing until everything is coated and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate pot, boil water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the noodles and serve topped with the beef stroganoff.
