Ingredients:
- 200g of beef strips
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 200g of egg noodles
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.
- Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté until the mushrooms have softened.
- Sprinkle the flour and paprika over the ingredients, stirring well to combine.
- Gradually add the sour cream, mixing until everything is coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and serve topped with the beef stroganoff.
