Ingredients:

  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100g of cucumber, diced
  • 100g of bell pepper, chopped
  • 50g of red onion, sliced
  • 150g of feta cheese, cubed
  • 80g of Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh oregano leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Dice the cucumber and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
  • Chop the bell pepper and slice the red onion, then mix both into the salad.
  • Add the feta cheese and Kalamata olives on top of the vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  • Garnish with fresh oregano leaves before serving.
