Ingredients:
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 100g of cucumber, diced
- 100g of bell pepper, chopped
- 50g of red onion, sliced
- 150g of feta cheese, cubed
- 80g of Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano leaves for garnish

Instructions:
- Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Dice the cucumber and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
- Chop the bell pepper and slice the red onion, then mix both into the salad.
- Add the feta cheese and Kalamata olives on top of the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh oregano leaves before serving.
