Ingredients:
- 200g of beef strips
- 150g of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 200ml of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g of egg noodles
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Cutting board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the beef and cook until softened.
- Stir in the sour cream and mustard, mixing well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
