Classic Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 200g of beef strips
  • 150g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 200ml of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200g of egg noodles

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the beef and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the sour cream and mustard, mixing well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
