Ingredients:
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 75g of granulated sugar
- 75g of all-purpose flour
- 30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50g of butter
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gently mix until no flour is visible.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking tray, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the cake is done, remove it and let it cool on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, spread the whipped cream over the cake and roll it gently into a log shape.
- Dust with cocoa powder or decorate as desired before serving.
