Caprese Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 150g of mozzarella balls
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water.
  • On a cutting board, cut the mozzarella balls in half if they are large.
  • Take a skewer and thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends.
  • Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
