  • 300g of fresh green beans
  • 100g of mushroom soup
  • 50g of butter
  • 100g of crispy fried onions
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh green beans and mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt the butter and pour half of it into the green bean mixture, stirring well to combine.
  • Pour the green bean mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top the casserole with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until heated through and the onions are golden and crispy.
