Instructions:

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and thyme, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the red wine and deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes until it reduces slightly.
- Slice the rested beef tenderloin and serve it drizzled with the red wine sauce.
