Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g of rolled oats
  • 50g of shredded coconut
  • 30g of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking tray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into bars.
