- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g of rolled oats
- 50g of shredded coconut
- 30g of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into bars.
