Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
  • 150g of rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the rolled oats, mixed berries, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix until combined.
  • Grease a baking pan and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Allow to cool, then cut into bars and serve.
