Banana and Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200g of cooked sweet potato, cubed
  • 50g of mixed greens
  • 30g of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potato and sliced bananas.
  • Add the mixed greens and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
  • Serve immediately, or chill for a refreshing twist.
