Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g of cooked ham
- 50g of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Skillet
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of the cheese on it.
- Slice the bananas and evenly distribute them over the cheese.
- Add the cooked ham on top of the bananas, followed by the remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second tortilla and press down gently.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip using a spatula.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and cut into wedges.
