Banana and Ham Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g of cooked ham
  • 50g of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of the cheese on it.
  • Slice the bananas and evenly distribute them over the cheese.
  • Add the cooked ham on top of the bananas, followed by the remaining cheese.
  • Cover with the second tortilla and press down gently.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip using a spatula.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and cut into wedges.
