Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 fillets of salmon (200g each)
  • 200g of asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • Cooking brush
  • Tongs

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Place the salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet and the trimmed asparagus on the other.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Place lemon slices on top of the salmon for added flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
