Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and rub to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides of the fillets.
  • Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the air fryer, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, and serve immediately.
